From site visit to turnover

Planning, feasibility & permits
Site analysis, environmental checks and a costed feasibility study, and we secure the permits and approvals the job needs.

Engineering & design
Plans and specifications that meet safety standards, agreed with you before work starts.

Site preparation & execution
Earthworks, foundations and construction, run by our project engineer with a safety officer on the team.

Step 4
Turnover & maintenance
Quality checks with you before handover, and a plan for long-term upkeep.
Our progress photos carry the time, date and GPS position of the site, so every report can be checked against the ground.

JCruz Construction Services was set up in 2024 by Jonathan D. Cruz, and the team behind it brings more than 10 years of combined experience on reclamation, road and site works. We take on public and private civil works across Luzon. Every job we list is a real site with dated, geotagged photos, and the people below are the ones you deal with.

How long does it take to get a quote?
Usually 24–48 hours after we receive your project details. For complex jobs we may schedule a site visit first for a more accurate estimate.
Do you handle permits and regulatory approvals?
Yes. Securing the permits and approvals is part of our project management, so the work meets all legal requirements.
What payment terms do you offer?
Payment is tied to project milestones: an initial deposit, progress payments, and a final payment on completion and your approval.
Do you provide warranties?
Yes. Our work is covered by a warranty; the terms depend on the type of work, and we put them in writing with the contract.
